Friary Park Development - your feedback is needed - August 2019

The application for the redevelopment of Friary Park has been submitted by the developers. It is now available on the Ealing Planning Portal at https://pam.ealing.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?keyVal=PVLSE9JM0GW00&activeTab=summary.

CANForum is undertaking a delivery of leaflets to the immediate area to request feedback from residents and businesses to help create a formal response to the council.

Individuals and groups can also submit their own views directly to the council.

The leaflet says:

HIGH RISE DEVELOPMENT OF 900 HOMES SET TO REPLACE THE FRIARY GREEN ESTATE OF 225 HOMES NEAR ACTON MAIN LINE STATION.

Tell your statutory Neighbourhood Forum what you think about the effects on:

The environment, pollution levels, local transport, public health, school provision, local infrastructure including GPs, local amenities including parks, the local demographic and the cumulative impact with other development. Sufficient provision of social housing alongside affordable housing.

CANForum is a statutory body representing the views of the local community in Acton.  Its views must be taken into account by Ealing Local Authority when it determines this planning application ‘this autumn’ as the application will be heard fairly soon.
