Police Action (done) | The police have applied for a Community Protection order surrounding Betfred on the corner of Churchfield & Cowper Road. This will allow them to clear the area and discourage potential customers. |

Council Action (done) | Ccl Crawford has asked the licensing team to review the license held by this Betfred premises. If found to be in breach, to apply for the license to be revoked |

Betfred action (done) | Betfred have installed CCTV primarily internally but may install more cameras front and side of building to become more compliant | Betfred operates over 1650 shops throughout the United Kingdom s of July 2017 , after the purchase of 322 shops due to the merger between fellow bookmakers Ladbrokes and Coral in October 2016. |

Ccl Crawford will | Ask LBE Refuse services to increase their focus on littering around Betfred, with a view to identifying those dropping drug & alcohol related litter Attention will be paid to whether the shop provides anywhere for disposal of litter. Kingdom security have been observed fining people for dropping cigarette butts in the area. They will be asked to look at drug associated litter and public urination around the shop. If necessary the portfolio holder for waste management will be asked to assist with making the area a priority for LBE services. |
